Pasture raised sirloin steak from local James Ranch, roasted garlic potatoes and seasonal mushrooms, served with green peppercorn sauce.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven

Heat the dish for 15 minutes for medium or 20+ minutes for well-done
