Uzbek Lamb Pilaf (Plov)

A dish of cooked rice with beef chunks, vegetables, and cherry tomatoes, served in a white rectangular tray with a side of sliced tomatoes, onions, and green chili peppers.

Traditional Uzbek pilaf (plov) made with pasture raised lamb, rice, carrots, onions and cumin. Served with roasted garlic and Achichuk tomato and onion salad.

Gluten free. Dairy free.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven

Heat the dish for 15-20 minutes

Stir to even the temperature and enjoy

Serve with Achichuk salad
