Pork Scaloppine

Fried chicken breast, roasted yellow and orange squash, Brussels sprouts, and a small cup of dipping sauce on a white tray.

Seared pork cutlets lightly breaded in gluten-free flour. Served with herb roasted vegetables and homemade chipotle aioli.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven

Heat the dish for 15-20 minutes

Serve with chipotle sauce
