Pepper Skirt Steak
Tender grass fed skirt steak. Stir fried in coconut oil with organic peppers and broccoli with flavorful mix of fresh garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro, Tamari and touch of lime juice. Served with Basmati rice.
Gluten free. Dairy free.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven
Heat the dish for 20-25 minutes
Stir the meat with vegetables to even the temperature
Note: Cooked with coconut oil.
