Miso Glazed Black Cod

Wild caught Japanese style miso black cod that was perfected and popularized by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Served with coconut Jasmine rice, sauteed organic greens and finished with sizzling soy vinaigrette.

Gluten free. Dairy free.

Preheat oven to 375°F

Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven

Heat for 10-15 minutes until fish reaches 145°F

Serve with sizzling soy vinaigrette sauce.
