Lamb Loin Chops

A serving platter of grilled steak, roasted sweet potato wedges, cauliflower florets, and a bowl of creamy dipping sauce, garnished with a sprig of rosemary.

Grass fed lamb loin chops, organic herb roasted sweet potato, organic spiced cauliflower. Served with tahini yogurt.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven

Heat the dish for 15 minutes for medium or 20+ minutes for well-done.

Serve with tahini yogurt
