Who is The Chef?

Chef Yelena has 10+ years of gourmet culinary experience at top Boston’s restaurants including The Ritz Carlton and Encore, where she managed over 100 kitchen staff as Sous-chef. She is trained at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Cambridge MA and certified with ServeSafe. She recently moved to Nocatee, FL from Amherst, NH, where she started her business in 2024.

We serve Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach and surrounding areas.

We prepare your dinners in a commercial kitchen in the morning and deliver in the afternoon the same day.

You place the tray in the preheated oven for 15-30 minutes right before dinner.

Wild caught miso glazed black cod


Wild caught Japanese miso black cod that was perfected and popularized by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Served with coconut Jasmine rise, sauteed organic greens and finished with sizzling soy vinaigrette.

Slow roasted duck legs marinated in ginger, garlic, tangerine juice, red pepper flakes and honey. Served with sauteed organic baby Bok Choy and acorn squash.

Grass fed pepper skirt steak


Tender grass fed skirt steak sourced locally from James Ranch. Stir fried in coconut oil with organic peppers and broccoli with flavorful mix of fresh garlic, ginger, scallions, cilantro,Tamari and touch of lime juice. Served with Basmati rice.
