Chicken Marsala
Chicken Marsala made with pasture raised chicken dusted with soft wheat Italian flour. Served with organic Italian pasta and homemade Marsala sauce made out of Marsala wine, shiitake mushrooms and organic heavy cream.
Preheat oven to 350°F
Heat the sauce separately in the microwave or on the stove top until hot
Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven
Heat the dish for 15–20 minutes
Pour the hot sauce over the dish, stir, and enjoy
