Birria Tacos

Crisped birria tacos with braised beef, cilantro and onion, with consommé

Pasture-raised beef braised in chili and spices, folded into golden tortillas made from non-GMO corn, water and lime, then crisped on the griddle. Finished with cilantro, onion and jalapeño, and served alongside a deeply flavored consommé for dipping.

H E A T I N G I N S T R U C T I O N S

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove the lid and place the container on the middle rack of the oven.
Heat the dish for 15-20 minutes.
Heat the sauce separately in the microwave oven.
