Pasture-raised beef sautéed with organic red and green cabbage, sweet bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Finished with fresh ginger, garlic, tamari, and a squeeze of lime. Garnished with fresh scallions.

Preheat oven to 350°F
Remove the lid and place the ceramic container on the middle rack of the oven
Reheat the dish for 15-20 minutes
